Return & Replacement Policy:

To guarantee your peace of mind, Rascasse Club offers two convenient options

1. 1. Return: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect to the product, So please carefully choose the right size as these are MADE TO MEASURE.
   2. Replacement: Please report to us within 24 hours of order arrival and we will send you a replacement within 10 working days if the piece is available. As these products are limited in quantity at no additional cost after due diligence has been made by our team. 
   3. Refund/Store Credits: Refund is only issued in the form of Store Credits if the product has a manufacturing defect. Store Credits will be sent to you over an email in form of a COUPON CODE within 3 working days, Redemption of this to be done within 12 months.
   4. Sizing : When choosing your size, please refer to the size chart to ensure perfect fit. Since these jackets are limited edition pieces, exchanges for different sizes will not be possible unless we have it in stock.
